Samuel Agobottah

sammie agobottah smallSamuel Agbottah is married to Margaret, a businesswoman, and the father of one child. He is a lawyer in good standing with the Ghana Bar Association and has been in private legal practice since 1991 with the law firm of Hendricks Chambers, Takoradi, Ghana.

Samuel is a law graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon (With Honors) and was certified to practice law after graduating from the Ghana School of Law, Accra. He has tried cases in both the inferior and superior courts of Ghana. His practice include but is not limited to land litigation, estate matters, commercial cases including debt recovery. He also has experience in marine law as well as conducting arbitration and mediation for his clients.

Samuel is a committed Christian and serves as an Elder and legal advisor to the local branches of the E.P. Church, Ghana within the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis. As a board member for the Heartbeat for Africa Foundation, he is providing legal oversight and review of the plans and documentation for the Good Samaritan Orphanage that will be built in Ho, Ghana and several other ongoing projects for the foundation.
