Edward Hedoti

edward hedoti smallEdward Hedoti is married to Victoria and is the father of one son. He is currently employed as a clearing officer for Barclay’s Bank. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Cape Coast and continued his post-graduate education in accounting in the United Kingdom through the Financial Training Company of London and in finance through the University of Greenwich .

Edward began his career as a social studies teacher and guidance counselor at Mawuli Secondary School in Ho, Ghana. He then moved into accounting and financial book-keeping during his post-graduate education in the United Kingdom. This experience led to his current position with Barclay’s in Ghana’s capital city of Accra. His experience in education and business is extremely vital to the planning and overseeing of the Heartbeat for Africa (HBA) Foundation’s community transformation projects in Ghana.

Edward is a committed Christian involved in the finance committee and with the youth prayer intercessors of Bethel Baptist Church. As the Vice President in charge of African operations he is the primary communications link between the Executive Committee and all African board members. He has oversight of all currently planned and future HBA operations in West Africa.
